Nutmeg Orchid Society was organized in 2008 and is affiliated with the American Orchid Society.
NSOS meets 12:30 to 4:30 the first or second Sunday of the month in Unionville, CT. ( See the Events tab for the actual date & time.)
Our monthly meetings offer a Show & Tell table, plants for sale, access to a lending library, and well known speakers from across the United States.
We also offer an annual picnic, an annual orchid show, and other special events that provide opportunities for members to learn about orchids.
Joe Silva of Silva Orchids will speak about orchid culture at the Nov 1st meeting. Bring your problem plants for some suggestions and advice!
